[ccnso-council] Final Integrated Issues Report on IDN Variants published for public comments

Dear all, ICANN has published the final Integrated Issues Report on IDN Variants and a proposed project plan for the next steps of the IDN Variant Issues Project for public comments. The report explores the issues associated with the potential inclusion of IDN variant TLDs in the DNS root zone.
