FYI Dear All, I do not know what it is called Secretary’s Notice of Board Approval of FY19 IANA Operating Plan and Budget. In the essence, this is a Rejection Action Board Notice and, personally, I see no reason to call it otherwise. It triggers Rejection action process. Although we do not expect any petions nor we have an approved guideline yet, we still can use this to test our procedures. May I ask the Secretariat to publish the petition and check all other things we have to do? Thank you!
