ICANN staff has just been informed that the local host will stop taking visa upon arrival applications as of tomorrow 12 February 2016. Applications submitted AFTER Friday, 12 February 2016, 17:00 UTC, will NOT be reviewed. Therefore, if you want to apply for a visa upon arrival and have not done so yet, you are urged to apply BEFORE the deadline.
