Dear Councillors, Ondrej Filip has provided a written Working Group Update for the Programme WG: == "Since the last report the Working Group had another conference call. We continued our discussion about meeting attractiveness improvement. We decided to prepare a facebook page for the meeting participants. To help less experienced speakers the WG published Presentation Guidelines. We decided that the main topic of the panel discussion will be Internet Governance and we are currently working on a briefing paper. The meeting agenda is currently published and we do not expect any major changes. The WG also appointed a liaison (Ondrej Filip) to the Informal Study Group on Capacity Building." == Kind regards, Gabi
