Dear All, As a follow-up on Joke’s email about the Board’s decision to cancel the meeting in Cancun, I would like to inform you that the ccNSO Council, Chairs of Working Groups and Committees have been invited to a conference call upcoming Monday 24 February 2020, 12.00 UTC. If you are interested, you are also kindly welcome to attend. The goal of the call is to identify: - what definitely needs to be done in the timeframe of ICANN67, for example, ccNSO Council meeting to elect the chair and vice-chairs of the ccNSO and assign other roles, - which meetings and sessions have to be held regardless of ICANN67 or another ICANN meeting, for example, the PDP RET WG meeting, - which meetings and sessions can be held only in person and hence have to be deferred to the next face-to-face meeting. We will develop a (limited) meeting schedule for ICANN67 and share it with you as soon as it is available. All information about the call, including a link to Zoom, is published at https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=126426069 I am very sorry I will not have the opportunity to see you all in Cancun. I know that many of you have tickets and hotels booked and will go there anyway. Have a shot or two of tequila on the beach for the rest of us!
