The objective of the policy is to offer ccTLD managers, and applicants for new ccTLDs, an independent review mechanism for a limited set of decisions, which are detailed in the Initial Report. To seek community input and comments a public comment period started on 29 November 2022 and will close on 24 January 2023 (see: https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/initial-report-on-the-ccn...) .
