Are you okay with those two discussion topics? Did you have another topic to add? In the case of Synchronized TLDs, Andrei Kolesnikov volunteered to draft a brief intro to them for those who are not familiar with them and to kick off the discussion. In the case of the DNS-CERT, I think we have enough common ground that it should be easy to get discussion going. Thoughts?
