Agreed, Jian. I think the most important realization coming out of this is that ICANN's outreach to regions should substantially be informed by ccTLD & other internet organizations from that region. Also, ICANN's outreach will have to be adaptable to each region. What CENTR would like to have ICANN do in the EU is not necessarily or exactly the same as what LACTLD would want ICANN to do in LAC. Perhaps one of the ccNSO meetings in each year should have an item from ICANN providing updates on progress made in implementing its regional outreach program.
