The current version of the guideline is here. https://ccnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/field-attached/ccnso-draft-oisc-... please find a PDF with track changes enclosed highlights of the proposed changes: * Removed all references to the former OISC * Changed “funding” to “support”, in line with ICANN used terminology * Added ICANN requirements for funded travelers and reference to the ICANN travel support guideline, which prevails * Updated criteria for the selection of supported travelers, separated from requirements * In line with other ccNSO guidelines, added the miscellaneous chapter, regarding review etc * Removed all references to internal working methods by the committee (assessment methodology) * Removed the application template from the annex * Overall, tried to be short and concise and improve readability. Timeline * Deadline for comments by Council is Thursday, 5 September – end of day * Unless there are comments or concerns by Council, the guideline will be sent to the ccNSO members for their review.
