Dear all, Please find included update from Katrina on Board consideration of the proposed policy with respect to the Review Mechanism, Kind regards, Bart ------- Dear Alejandra, I might not be able to join the ccNSO Council call due to conflicting meetings, therefore, I would like to share with you the monthly update regarding the progress with the ccNSO Proposed Policy for Specific ccTLD Related Review Mechanism. As you may know, the Board report Proposed Policy for a Review Mechanism Pertaining to IFO decisions which apply to ccTLDs (CCRM) has been published for public comments as required by the Bylaws. The close date is 28 September, 2023. So far, there is one (valid) comment submitted by TWNIC. On 24 August, as required by the Bylaws, Tripti Sinha, Chair of the ICANN Board of Directors, sent a letter to Nicolas Caballero, Chair of the Governmental Advisory Committee (GAC), to inform that the ccNSO has approved all of the policy recommendations developed during the ccPDP3-RM and to ask if the GAC believes that there are public policy issues raised by these recommendations and to provide advice on those issues.
