All, I have, over the last month, done a significant amount of work on this suggestion in order to present a formal proposal first to the programme committee and then to the council. That work has indicated that to run something along the lines I envisaged could not be done until our meeting in Kenya at the earliest. I have more work to do and so for now will simply continue to do this in the background and will only raise the proposal again if I am satisfied that it is workable.
