[ccnso-council] Study on Internet Economy with full country ranking analysis

Dear all, ICANN commissioned a study ("Greasing the Wheels of Internet Economy") in order to better understand how consumers, businesses, and others participate in the Internet economy. In this study, 65 countries were ranked.
