It will take place on Thursday, December 9th, at 13:00 UTC. Here is the link to the webinar (Meeting ID: 942 0007 2453): https://icann.zoom.us/j/94200072453?pwd=Z3pOd1NMMm5GQXc0VDR0NlRmWGR2dz09 [secure-web.cisco.com]<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/secure-web.cisco.com/1L6jbOWb5M5oGivH3m5T...> The subgroup very much appreciates the feedback received on list and in prior webinars in this project to update the rules. And we have listened and shaped the draft accordingly in light of such feedback. This has led us now to the ‘final’ draft. The use of quotes around ‘final’ brings up the purpose of the webinar. While this webinar will largely be informational, it will afford a final opportunity to offer suggestions/tweaks as we prepare the draft for submission to Council early in the new year prior to a membership vote. We don’t plan on extensive polling, but we will poll on one topic: the options relating to the consequences where the proposed 33% quorum for e-votes by membership is not met. As a result of polling in the most recent webinar, we have reduced the consequential options from three to two (which we still describe as options 1 and 3 – option 2 has been removed). In addition, we may highlight certain areas of particular interest for further feedback. The webinar will be recorded, and we will watch the list for additional feedback in December so that all members will have a chance to weigh in, including those who cannot attend the webinar as it takes place.
