[ccnso-council] Draft Terms of reference ccNSO UAC

Dear all, As you will recall from the last Council meeting, the Council ad-hoc UA group has prepared terms of reference for a ccNSO UA group (included). Per Council meeting you are kindly requested to review the Terms and provide comments on list by Friday 30 June 2023. Comments. If any will then be incorporated in the draft and reviewed by the ad-hoc group if necessary.
