[ccnso-council] Final Reminder: Please vote in the Board Seat 11 election

Dear All, This is a final reminder to please vote in the ongoing ccNSO Board Seat 11 election. The election will close today, on Tuesday, 29 November 2022 (23:59 UTC). Voting results will be published on Wednesday, 30 November 2022 (latest by 23:59 UTC). Once Council adopted the Nomination Report, the Nomination Process will close and the Empowered Community Administration (ECA) and ICANN's Secretary will be notified of the results of the Nomination Process accordingly.
