[ccnso-council] Mexico

Hi Chris, as indicated over the call it sounds like I will not be present in Mexico, which I deeply regret (I would have prefered to be physically present to leave a warm sit to Juhani :). Sorry for this late announcement, I only learnt yesterday that my participation to the next ICANN meeting was compromised due to local constraints. Since my agenda is quite busy and erratic those days, as you may imagine, this may change again but I doubt.
