We will need to come up with a list of topics we would like to discuss with the ICANN Board at our joint session in Dublin. So far we have: - WSIS+20: 1. ICP-2 | Internet Coordination Policy 2 3. ccNSO PGA | Policy Gap Analysis 4. Topics discussed in the GAC 2. Consistent messages of success in this area. Making sure we are on the same page. 3. Questions form my end: How does it relate to the work of the informal WSIS+20 Discussion Group work? What are we trying to achieve when we raise the topic? - Unresolved issue from previous joint meetings – Playbook for Bylaw Amendments. Goal is to understand how a bylaw change procedure will be initiated under the different scenarios ) SO/AC request, per review, per PDP and timeline from request to approval/ non-rejection 1. First mentioned in Hamburg (Oct 2023) 2. A Playbook was promised in Istanbul (Nov 2024) 3. In Seattle (Mar 2025) ICANN Legal mentioned at the SO/AC Chairs Roundtable that the Playbook was going to be shared in a couple of weeks As you saw in the email we received from Tripti, the Board would like to have our topics/questions by Friday 17 October.
