The Members Report includes four (4 ) parts: * Part O - Introducing the Members Report * Part A - The Recommended Policy * Part B - Advice to IDNccTLD Managers * Part C - Annexes Part O provides a general introduction and context. As required under section 12 of Annex B of the bylaws It includes the ccNSO Council Recommendation in section 6 – adoption of part A of this Report as the proposed policy. The members will be asked to vote on the Council Recommendation i.e asked to support Part A of the Report. In addition the Report includes the Advice to ccTLD Managers (Part B of the Report). For avoidance of doubt, Part B is not part of the recommended policy and therefore not subject to the members vote. Finally, a series of Annexes are included (Part C). These Annexes are not part of the proposed policy, nor of the Advice, but may provide color and depth to the proposals.
