On 11 May 2026, the ccNSO, as one of the Decisional Participants, received a notice from the ICANN Secretary pursuant to Section 22.5(a)(v) of the ICANN Bylaws <https://www.icann.org/en/governance/bylaws#article22>, initiating the 21-day Rejection Action Petition Period for the community. The deadline for submission of a Rejection Action Petition(s) to the ccNSO role account (ccnso-petitions@icann.org) is 21 May 2026 11:59 PM UTC. If you are interested in submitting a Rejection Action Petition with respect to the adopted FY27-31 Operating and Financial Plan, please consult Section 2 of Annex D for the requirements that must be met (https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/governance/bylaws-en/#annexD).
