This Working Group is approaching the final stages of its work, and has published a series of reports for open consultation, and discussion at next weeks ICANN Cartegena meeting.
The documents are now published on the ccNSO website as follows:

The WG is finalising its report on the "Redelegation of ccTLDs where the incumbent operator does not consent" which should be completed by early 2011. We therefore anticipate completion of a single report on these 4 seperate aspects of our work, and final recommendations, being made to the ICANN San Fransisco meeting.
Please feel free to distribute this message and the links to other ccTLD related lists and encourage debate and input from those interested in the topic. This is a crucial topic, and it is possible that the outcomes from these recommendations will have impact on all ccTLDs whether or not they are ccNSO members.
