Gabi, I would like to find out from Peter and Rod if they or the ICANN Board or ICANN as an organisation take and use RFC1591 as an ICANN Policy Document. It would be great if we could get a clear answer on this that also satisfies the ICANN legal counsel. Would they say the same for ICP-1? As always, we will meet with Peter Dengate-Thrush and Rod Beckstrom during the ccNSO meeting in Nairobi on Tuesday, 9th March. This gives you an opportunity to ask questions on issues you feel are important for you.
In order to prepare and structure the session, the ccNSO Council thought that it would be good to gather questions prior to the meeting. Peter and Rod will then be addressed with the questions by a special panel during the session.
Should you wish to submit your questions prior to the meeting, please let me have them by the 4th March at the latest.
