I am in complete agreement. I think that some simple language to that effect could resolve this specific issue entirely and there are a number of other examples where some some language changes or acknowledgements of principles to be included in by-laws drafting can speedily resolve the concerns. My concern is the vehement refusal to consider (IMO at least) perfectly valid and constructive concerns and find ways to resolve them. Instead being faced with an approach that almost seems to claim divine inspiration for the text and rejects any attempt to improve it. Regards Mike
