Re: [ccnso-council] Doodle poll CSC Membership selection
Hi Joke, hi all, I noticed that the doodle poll for the 22/7 call mentions 14h as starting hour? Should that not be 11h -> see Bart’s earlier mail In the second poll I see a similar problem -> 9h and 13h should probably be 13h & 21h. I would also advise to keep the doodle poll in UTC time so that people don’t get confused. Also a bit of a warning for the Doodle users -> it has a tendency to convert timings to the settings of your PC/Mac. The second Doodle poll is for the approval of the full membership (members and liaisons) slate of the CSC. The proposed times will be 10 August 11.00 UTC or 19.00 UTC or 11 August 11.00 UTC or 19.00 UTC. Please be aware that if you fill in the Doodle polls and accept the proposed time you commit to attend the call, as the quorum rule will apply to both meetings. According to this rule, at least 10 Councillors, and one ccTLD appointed Councillor from every ICANN region needs to be on the call to take a decision. I was advised to de-select the time zone option: so right now, you will see Helsinki time in the doodle poll. 11 UTC corresponding to 14 pm in Helsinki, 19utc corresponding to 22 pm. Doodle will adjust the time to the clock of your device. I will check again.
