About the IGLC For many years, country code top-level domain managers have been engaged in conversations and contributing to the work on Internet Governance related matters. To bring this engagement to a next level, the ccNSO created the Internet Governance Liaison Committee (IGLC). As per its Terms of Reference, the Committee takes an active role in coordinating and facilitating the participation and input of ccTLD managers in IG-related discussions and processes.
