Vote on update Incident response planning working group charter
Dear all, Per yesterdays call, please find included a redline version of the updated charter of the Incident Response Planning working group for adoption. The charter now includes the following paragraph: In defining sustainable mechanisms as described in 1-4, the working group will include aspects of and relations with ICANN's DNS-CERT initiative it considers to be relevant and appropriate, if any. To identify the relevancy and appropriateness of these aspects and relations the working group will seek input and feed-back from the ccTLD community and coordinate the input and feed-back from the ccTLD community on the DNS-CERT initiative." Secondly, the list of names initially is now removed and replaced by a reference to the chair, and co-chair and WG page. Please let me know if there are any objections by 21 April. Background: At the Nairobi council meeting, the council requested the chair of the IRP WG to propose an update of the charter to include relevant aspects and relations with ICANNs DNS-CERT initiative. Kind regards, Bart
My appologies not beeing able to participate the council meeting yesterday. I was participating an exhibiton (we had our own booth there) and for technical reasons I didn't have mobile or email connection there at the time of the meeting.
