Background The ccNSO Council has launched the call for Expression of Interest to the new ICANN Fellowship Selection Committee. https://ccnso.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-04sep18-en. The call for Expression of Interest was open from Tuesday, 4 September 2018 and closed Monday, 10 September 2018 (17:00 UTC). After receipt of the applications, the application material documents were transmitted to the ccNSO Councillors. At closure of the application window, three (3) applications were received. The Councillors selected and listed the candidates in order of preference and mailed them to Joke Braeken. The selection procedure closed on 17 September 2018 (23:59 UTC).
