The letter captures the issues including the wider political context very effectively. For a statement in an open GAC meeting it was quite shocking and alarmist and I was left wondering how I was going to rationalise it and put it into context for ministers as well as my cybersurity policy colleagues who are backing the new security initiative to the hilt.
