Dear Councillors, In order to prepare for the ccNSO Council Workshop on Sunday, 1st March, please have a look at the attached document. It is a summary that Patrick Sharry made just after the Council workshop in India last year. On page 3 you will see a list of things called "What can we do to make performance better?" and on page 5 "ccNSO Council activities - lead up to Africa".
