It is an important topic, although the apparent circularity in trying to make the MSHM work better through a very unstructured multi-stakeholder fudge (as it looks to me) is a bit Kafka-esque.

Also if we’re not careful it will become a whole new multi-year workstream competing for time and resources vs other work.

The ‘precision in scoping work’ piece could even start with Brian’s project? If we go down this track we need a very clear defined scope, timeline and endpoints I think.
