Rodrigues (.br) and local ccTLD Manager Thomas Keller (.de) will welcome the attendees to the ccNSO Members Meeting. Following the welcome remarks, Kim Davies and Marilia Hirano (PTI) will address the ccNSO regarding 3 topics: Firstly the caretaker operation designation for .LB<https://ccnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/field-attached/davies-to-reynoso...>, secondly the final implementation of the ccPDP3 retirement policy<https://ccnso.icann.org/en/workinggroups/pdp-retirement.htm>, and finally the yearly IANA customer satisfaction survey. ccNSO council Vice Chair Jordan Carter will report on the discussions from the ccNSO Council Workshop on Sunday, regarding the review of potential policy gaps in the ccTLD post-delegation processes.
