PLEASE REVIEW: Possible dates 2019 Council Calls
Dear Council and ROs, As discussed on the last call, we have identified potential dates for the 2019 Council calls. Please review these dates and help us identify any potential meeting conflicts. January 27th February 18th or 28th (21st is APTLD) March - Kobe (9-14 March) April 18th May 16 or 23rd June - Marrakech (24-27 June) July/August - 22 August September 19 October 17th November -Montreal (2-7 November) December 19th Please let us know your suggestions, etc. sometime within in the next couple of weeks, after which I will send calendar invites for the entire year (2019). Also, to be consistent, we are considering keeping a 12:00 UTC and 18:00 UTC rotation throughout the year. Let us know if there are any objections (or support) for this suggestion. Dear Kim I have some concerns with January 27th, since it is a Saturday. Maybe you meant January 17th? 😉 Also it is worth noting that February 18th is a Monday, not a Thursday as usual. To be consistent I propose February 14th as an alternative in February. 🙂 Please see the image below: [image: Council Calls 2019.png] Regarding the other dates I don't have any objections so far. For months that have two potential dates (February & May), I have no preference. I also agree with the 12:00 UTC and 18:00 UTC rotation.
