I have the joy of convening / MCing this session. This is to the participants and to the ccNSO Council, to ask for your help in identifying any topics we'd like to discuss. My own questions which I am happy to start off are here. They are just my thoughts. They might inspire your thoughts. *When we resume in-person meetings as the Pandemic fades, we will probably need to change how ICANN meetings work. We will need to use precious in-person moments to bring new participants into the fold, and restore and grow relationships. What are the practical implications for the ICANN meeting strategy - not in terms of frequency, or in-person v remote, but in terms of what we actually do when we are together? Does it mean more time on combined social and working events? Less time on "content"? What are your thoughts?* *The ICANN System could be said to suffer from review-itis. In a ccNSO-GNSO Council discussion (last) week, someone flagged the notion of taking a year out. There might be benefits in having the odd year with no reviews under way, to allow the community and org to focus on the work we are all here to do. What are your reflections on the reviews situation?* *If you have other thoughts please share them with us by return email.* Also, just a point about the process. We have an hour long slot and we have seven of you. We have the normal challenge of a Board Chair being in the room and people often deferring to them. Dear all Maarten, thanks for this. Patricio, I look forward to you in this role and will throw questions your way. Two last (!) things. This is a dialogue session, a free and open discussion. It is not one of those over-prepared and choreographed Board-Community sessions. Please let me reassure you that this is a safe space for Dialogue and Discussion. We do not expect (or want) smooth and perfectly prepared answers to each question, but a genuine discussion, openness about what is difficult, thoughts about working together etc. That will be the way we can have value together from this. Finally, the third question: *Since the Johannesburg meeting at least there has been discussion about priorities in the ICANN system - who sets them, how we stick to them. The issue has been high on the agenda, and there is some progress, but people are still very busy with many threads happening. We would be interested in the takes of each Board member on what the road blocks are to further improvement in this area. How can we work together better on this?* The questions will be on slides during the session.
