First and foremost, thank you for joining the drafting team. Here is a call to action for you. Based on the notes of the special ccNSO Council meeting (see here<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_jEO_FJ8A2oPogd3DSX1s5ZWZ6aCjfInTcA67gte...>), I started a (very preliminary) draft of the responses, taking into account the input template, and the character limitations. Could you please have a look at the draft, adjust the proposed rationale where needed, and complete the missing answers?
