I woul suggest: * Add a question about preferred communication channels (e.g., email, WhatsApp, Zoom), which can help enhance future interactions. * For example: What communication methods did you use or prefer to use with your Buddy/Newcomer(s)? * Include a general satisfaction question about the Buddy System to capture an overall impression. * For example: How satisfied are you with the Buddy System? * For newcomers: consider asking whether they’d be interested in becoming a Buddy in the future. * For Buddies: add an open question about what support or preparation would help them in the role.
