All, please find enclosed the first draft agenda and advise scheduling conflicts, taking into consideration that the last block is reserved for the remote participants due to their time zone(s), and the second block is a Round Table organized by the ccNSO's UA Committee who read in copy. Failing which I would send it to the ccNSO for adding to the Calendar on Friday (I will be in transit on Thursday). Please note that all slides *MUST* be in by close of business local time Friday 2026-03-06 to Claudia Ruiz, who reads in copy. We will upload them to our presenter laptop. Arrangements can be made by the individual speaker with Claudia, beforehand, to use your own laptop, but we do require them uploaded as backup. We can accommodate the usual formats (Powerpoint, Keynote, Presenter and Prezi) but also require them as PDFs without transitions for later uploading to the web site.
