It contains a report of the ICANN82 (drivers) and ICANN83 (barriers) session, and serves as important input for the refinement of the UAC workplan. In the background section, you will find not only a link to the 2024 workplan, but also to all other resources from the ICANN82 and ICANN83 sessions.
