Becky Burr:The policy may recommend using auction proceeds to replenish ICANN funds in the amount spent by the CCWG on experts, for example, but this can't be done in advance of the policy Jon Nevett:Becky: Understood, but there is precedent for repaying historical costs. It could be done, but ok if ICANN doesn't want to.
