In the new version, changes are as follows: 1) Repertoire merge the whole dotAsia IDN table into the CGP repertoire as IP recommended remove some IICore chars who has no variant relationship with CGP repertoire and are regarded as UNIQUE Japanese or Korean chars the total number of current repertoire is 19746 根据IP建议将整个dotAsia字集纳入全集中 将一些与CGP无关的IICORE字符去除 最新的全集包含19746个字符 2) Variant Mappings Redefine the variant mappings for some dotAsia chars according to CDNC variant mappings and the review result of 172 Hong Kong & JPRS chars in 2015 Redefine the 62 dotAsia chars from Unicode Supplementary Ideographic Plane as independent chars 根据2015年CDNC&CGP联合团队对172个字符的审议结论，以及CDNC原有的变体关系, 对dotAsia中的部分字符，进行了变体修改 将dotAsia字表中的62个来自Supplementary Ideographic Plane的unicode字符，作为独立字符处理 3) Sub-type for variant Introduce “r-neither” into the XML LGR Define some new sub-types to eliminate multiple variant mappings and limit the number of allocatable labels (as a temporary informal solution) 根据IP建议，增加了“r-neither”类型 提出一个临时解决方案，通过定义一些新的类型标签，来消除多重映射，以实现减少allocatable标签的数量。 4) Update the WLE rules due to the changes of sub-types 5) Update the CGP LGR in XML format Please check the attached documents and give your comments. IP reviewed the proposal and sent us their feedback in two documents as attached, in which they suggest: ∙ Including HKSCS from dotAsia table to reach a maximum universality ∙ Importing a new variant sub-type of “r-neither” ∙ Correcting some editing errors on variant relationship. ∙ Providing more details on why importing code points which is not in the current second level practice. We will write out a new version based on all these suggestion and send out for your comments late August. After that, we will send the new version to IP again. The purpose of this document is to give an overview of the proposed LGR in the XML format and the rationale behind the design. It includes the discussions of script features together with the communities or language environments using it, the process and methodology generate the code point repertoire, code point variants and the WLE.
