[Comments-biz-renewal-03apr19] Not liking the sound of this

Hi, I'm not an economist, just a blue collar small business owner. However, after reading the other comments, I'd agree there is no benefit to the *community* that justifies cap removal or upward modification of permitted yearly increases. Rolf Pedersen
