I am Samson, a student from Nigeria.. having the .com extension to my site at. Cheaper rate has helped me sustain the renewal of my site for two years now.. I plead that let the decision to increase the price be rescinded to help lots of people using it including me.

To whom it may concern, I control domain name price controls. I chair the Economic & Community Development group of our local neighborhood association in Fair Haven, CT. We are an all volunteer group that organizes neighborhood festivals, community dining out nights, and parks cleanups. We went with Namecheap for our website because it's affordable. There are many little groups like us. Please don't make any changes. Thank you. Dear ICANN Team, Greetings: I wish to submit an objection to the proposed Amendment 3. It is not clear to me why Verisign should be allowed a monopoly on the most important TLD in the internet, and why ICANN, as steward, should be removing a price cap that protects small business owners and individuals, both Domestically and Internationally. I am writing to ask that you please limit the cost of .com domains. Keeping domains low cost allows individuals like myself to own and operate different websites. If you continue to let prices climb all domains will just be limited to companies, as they will be the only ones who can afford them. Thank you, Shawn

Hi, hereby I object to your decision to make .com names more expensive. It's really shocking, instead of making it easier and more available to the public, you'll make it more exclusive. So many of us are small family businesses that depend on every cent. Do not make changes to the contract which will only increase .com prices. The only ones that will suffer are those that aren’t big corporations, but rather small businesses. Sincerely Rahul

Please stop having closed door meetings without input from major players. Also, I oppose the new VeriSign deal which in effect means .com pricing can go up by 70% over the next few years.
