[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .com registry agreement

To whom it may concern. I am completely against this proposed amendment. It will bring significant price increases and only serve to hurt us (the consumers). ICANN was put in place to protect us, not hurt us. I ask that you not go through with this amendment. Thank you, Tim Whiteside
