I understand that Verisign has agreed to pay ICANN $20 million USD so that they can increase the price of .com domains. I do not agree with this increase especially since there is no budgeted plan or oversight as to how ICANN will spend the money. Warm Regards, David Killingsworth A concerned Internet user.
