[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Please Reject the Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

Hello, I care about reducing the barriers to the open web. As a registrant of several small scale .com domains, I am opposed to the proposed price increase to .COM domains. I do not think the increase is in the public interest, which is what ICANN is supposed to govern on behalf of. Rob Donnelly
