[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Opposition to Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

The proposed amendment is not in the interest of the public or the Internet and would disproportionately impact individuals and small businesses/groups that use .coms. Any gain to Verisign and ICANN is more than offset by than harm that will come to users and maintainers of the Internet. Tomas Leon
