[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

I oppose any changes to the .COM registry agreement that will lead to unneeded price increases. I especially oppose the negotiation of such agreements behind closed doors, and without the input of the community around ICANN and the registrars. ICANN needs to begin a community-led process to recommend any changes to such agreements. --rt
