[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Changes to Verisign’s contract with ICANN

I want to express my opposition to the changes proposed for the agreement with ICANN that would allow unacceptable price increases for top level domain registration of .COM URL’s. Verisign should not be allowed to resell .COM site registration and should not be allowed to set the prices increases allowed by the new Greement. Thank you, Brian Jaynes
