[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Concern about lack of transparency

Having been a very early participant in various parts of what became the internet, and a quite early registrant for a domain name (nashinfo.com -- where so many spam msgs arrive that the uottawa email is safer), I am concerned that the amended agreement between ICANN and Verisign could lead to increased prices without any improvement in security or service. I would be much happier if there were more transparency in the projected changes. John C. Nash
