[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Monopoly + guaranteed price increases = no accountability

I am AGAINST proposed amendment 3. It is already unclear how the monopoly situation the Verisign enjoys is benefitting consumers of the .com TLD (the vast majority of whom are small business owners and individuals). Open this up to competition or clearly explain what consumers will get in exchange for prices rising >2x faster than inflation. Shawn Baker
