To Whom It May Concern, I’m submitting my comment against the proposed amendments to the .com registry agreement: 1) ICANN and Verisign made these changes in secret without input from the public. 2) A 70% price increase over the next 10 years with no public input. 3) The amendment proposes Verisgn pay ICANN an additional $20 million. There is no oversight for how ICANN will spend this money. 4) Unfair business practices - the ICANN rules is that the operator of a TLD can’t also be a domain name registrar. Verisign is doing both which is violating this rule and it gives the company to much power. Sincerely, Justin Fraser
