[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] voting against the agreement

I believe the planned agreement is not in the best interest of internet users and the progress of the Internet as a whole. Also, the lack of adequate transparency is worrysome. I would prefer if the amendment goes not go forward in this way.
